If an address needs attention after an order is placed, contact customer care as soon as possible with the order number. A change cannot be guaranteed once processing or carrier handoff has begun.

When tracking is available, the carrier details are sent using the contact information attached to the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can change while a parcel is in transit.

Amounts collected by the store are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, a local authority or carrier may require additional charges that were not collected at checkout.

For a delayed, damaged, or missing parcel, contact customer care with the order number and any carrier update. Keep the packaging and delivery evidence until the request has been reviewed.
